SHAHNAMEH PROJECT: Matthaios collaborated with British theatre director Tim Supple at the National Theatre, Southbank, London. The Persian epic of "Shahnameh" (script written by Dick Davis) is about to be one of the next future theatre productions at the National Theatre of London. Matthaios performed the Pontic lyra, the Afghan rubab and the oud.

13-09-09: Pontic lyra music performance at the Horniman Museum, London, UK. Matthaios will be performing the Pontic lyra, as well as the Greek laghouto and bouzouki.
